Sendō Worldwide (“Sendō,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Sendō mobile application and related Sendō websites.

1. Information We Collect

Sendō is designed as a local-first training app. In the current version of the app, we do not require you to create an account, and we do not operate a cloud backend for your training data.

The app may store the following information on your device:

  • Your training activity history, including completed breathwork, meditation, yoga, and strength sessions
  • Workout details, such as completed sets, exercise names, weights entered, dates, and training duration
  • Milestone progress and completed achievements
  • SendōCard profile information you choose to enter, such as display name and location
  • App preferences, such as notification settings or sound settings

If you enter a location on your SendōCard, that location is manually provided by you. It is not GPS tracking.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information stored in the app to provide core app features, including:

  • Tracking your training history
  • Showing progress, streaks, milestones, and training statistics
  • Displaying your SendōCard
  • Remembering app preferences
  • Improving your experience inside the app

3. Local Storage

In the current version of Sendō, your app data is stored locally on your device. This means your training history and profile information are stored on the device where you use the app.

If you delete the app, reset your device, or clear app data, your locally stored data may be deleted. Sendō currently does not provide cloud backup, account recovery, or cross-device sync.

4. Information We Do Not Collect in the Current App

In the current version of Sendō, we do not knowingly collect or transmit the following from the app:

  • Account login credentials
  • Precise GPS location
  • Payment information
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Contacts
  • Photos or camera data
  • HealthKit data
  • Data for third-party advertising
  • Data for sale to advertisers or data brokers

The app may link to Sendō websites, including research, support, privacy, terms, and about pages. When you visit a website, the website or its hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, cookies, and usage logs.

Your use of Sendō websites may be subject to additional website privacy practices, cookie settings, or hosting provider behavior.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

In the current version of the app, we do not share your locally stored training data with third-party advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Sendō, our users, or others.

7. Children’s Privacy

Sendō is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

8. Health and Fitness Information

Sendō is a training, wellness, and fitness app. Information in the app is provided for general educational and fitness purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise, breathwork, meditation, or wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, or have concerns about your health.

9. Your Choices

Because the current version of Sendō stores app data locally on your device, you can manage your data by:

  • Editing information inside the app where available
  • Deleting app data by deleting the app from your device
  • Choosing not to enter optional profile information, such as display name or location

If future versions of Sendō include accounts, cloud sync, subscriptions, analytics, or integrations with Apple Health or other services, this Privacy Policy will be updated.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to design Sendō with privacy and security in mind. However, no app, device, or method of storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating system, and device backups.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Sendō after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
